US WWII 1st Infantry Division M1 Fix Bale Infantry Helmet and Liner (ARETFAKE) with 1st ID Hawley Liner (ORIGINAL)
Original US WWII M1 fix bale infantry helmet shell with high pressure liner, complete with everything shown. This is a 3 piece set (1 helmet shell and 2 liners). One liner is a mid war high pressure model and the other an early war Hawley.
The second liner is one of the rarest pieces of collectible militaria I have ever come across... a marked 1st Infantry Division Hawley Liner.

US WWII M1 helmet shell (fix bale) & two original infantry helmet liners
The helmet shell is all original fix bale piece. It has period cork texturing and finish and early war infantry chinstraps. It includes and original 1/2" net. The only alterations that have been made are the 1st ID emblem and NCO bar, which I have added and aged.
The high pressure liner is also an all original piece and is fitted within the helmet shell. It is complete with all original components and accessories. It has original HBT cloth suspension (which includes): upper suspension, lace cord, backstrap, nape strap, sweatband and leather liner chinstrap. It is unaltered.
The best part of the package is the Hawley liner. It is an all original early war model and has not been touched in any way. It has the early rayon suspension and is clearly stenciled with 1st Infantry Division on the rear. It is the only marked Hawley I have ever come across.
This M1 infantry helmet is what would have been used during by the 1st Infantry Division during WWII and comes complete with all the accessories pictured and is exactly as shown.
